Strawberry Banana Oreo Magnolia Pudding Ingredients: For the cream: 1 liter milk 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup flour 2 packets vanilla sugar (or 2 tsp vanilla extract) 1 tsp butter 1 packet heavy cream (200 ml) For layers: 1 pack Oreo cookies (crushed) 1–2 bananas (sliced) 6–8 strawberries (sliced) Extra fruits for garnish (optional) Instructions: Make the Custard: In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and flour. Cook over medium heat while whisking constantly until it thickens like custard. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter, stir until fully combined. Let it cool slightly. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until slightly thick. Mix it into the cooled custard until smooth and creamy. Assemble the Magnolia: Place 1–2 tbsp of crushed Oreos at the bottom of serving glasses or bowls. Add a layer of the cream mixture. Add banana and strawberry slices on the sides or in the middle. Repeat the layers as desired (Oreos > cream > fruit). Top with a bit of crushed Oreos and fresh fruit. Chill: Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours. For best texture, chill overnight.
